High-Shear Mixing Blades are essential for the proper mixing of all Jesmonite composite materials.

They are specifically designed for adding Jesmonite Base into Jesmonite Liquids. The mixing action reduces air bubbles and ensures that the mix is smooth and free from lumps. Three sizes are available for different mix and batch sizes. They are made from stainless steel and will attach to most conventional drills.

The extra small mixing blade is ideal for use with small batches being mixed in small mixing vessels, such as our silicone pouring cup.

The small mixing blade is ideal for use in small to medium batch sizes.

The large mixing blade is ideal for mixing large amounts of material (5-30kg) at once for larger batches.
